The GOAT, Greatest of All Time, trophy, was specially made for Jack. He also received a \u2018Great Neighbor\u2019 trucker hat and a hula girl figure for his golf cart.<\/p><p>\u201cJack gives so much to others all of the time. We want to show our appreciation for him,\u201d shares Community Relations Director, Katy Starr.<\/p><p><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"blog-photo wp-image-5397 size-full alignleft\" src=\"https:\/\/www.civitasseniorliving.com\/alexis-pointe-of-wimberley\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/24\/2023\/04\/Jack-in-red-hat-with-trophy-2.jpeg\" alt=\"Alexis Pointe of Wimberley | Senior resident, Jack Roach wearing red hat and holding up trophy\" width=\"300\" height=\"200\" \/>Jack is known for frequently assisting his fellow residents. He gives them rides to their appointments, helps them in their homes, and is a regular meal delivery volunteer for the ladies in independent living who can\u2019t make it to the dining room.<\/p><p>He also attends Katy\u2019s music shows at Wimberley Square to support her. Jack is also one of the first to welcome new residents. He is known for his smile and his friendly, laid-back attitude.<\/p><p>One of the housekeepers at the community, Brigitte, collected thank yous from the independent living residents about what Jack has done for them.
