Ray McAndrews is the Executive Director of Arabella of Red Oak. With over 25 years of experience working with seniors in a variety of settings like skilled nursing and assisted living communities, Ray\u2019s devotion to seniors is clear. He also holds a Master\u2019s degree in healthcare administration from Salve Regina University in Newport, RI.<\/p>

\u201cMy passion is ensuring that seniors have access to quality care and a worry-free retirement lifestyle,\u201d Ray explained. \u201cWith our many programs, dining, amenities, and comforts, we create a truly welcoming environment for residents in our community.\u201d<\/p>

Ray and his wife of 32 years raised their children in New England. They became Texas residents nearly two years ago. In addition to spending his days at Arabella of Red Oak, Ray enjoys watching sports, getting a few rounds of golf in, and unwinding with a good historical novel.<\/p>

The Director of Community Relations, Fatima Wilson, also has an extensive background in senior care. In 2006, after receiving her Medication Technician certification, Fatima began working at a small home-based assisted living company. \u201cMy goal was to work there only until I finished school the next year,\u201d she shared. \u201cWell, God had different plans for my life!\u201d<\/p>

After finishing school (and graduating with honors), she had many opportunities, but her heart was in working with seniors. \u201cThey have paved the way for this generation, and I want to make their life worth living; I want to give them the BEST quality of life they can have!\u201d<\/p>

Famitma appreciates that her role allows her to partner with many other senior-driven organizations and community groups. These connections give her the opportunity to help seniors find the most loving place to call home, Arabella of Red Oak.<\/p>
