With nearly three years at the community, Becky has shaped her role around meaningful interactions \u2014 from activities and outings to quiet conversations that allow residents to share their stories.<\/p><p>Her leadership began as a caregiver and medication aide, giving her firsthand insight into attentiveness and trust. That experience guides her approach today as she focuses on small details that help residents feel comfortable, valued, and understood.<\/p><h2>A Presence that Residents Know and Trust<\/h2><p>Becky\u2019s dedication goes far beyond coordinating care plans. She takes the time to remember each resident\u2019s name, personal story, and preferences \u2014 those special details that help everyone feel truly valued.
