The Grandview of Chisholm Trail, Benbrook Chamber Strengthen Ties with Ribbon Cutting

Table of Contents

You’ll often find unique collaborations between the Benbrook Area Chamber of Commerce and The Grandview of Chisholm Trail, a senior living community located in Southwest Fort Worth dedicated to supporting older adults in the area.

Previously, The Grandview was honored to host a long-standing chamber event called the Benbrook Business Exchange, where local business owners and community members gathered to connect, share resources, and learn about each other’s services. The event marked one of many steps in The Grandview’s ongoing partnership with the Chamber to build stronger ties within the Benbrook area.

Since then, the growing relationship was celebrated with an official ribbon-cutting ceremony. The event featured food, drinks, an open house, and guided tours of the community.

A variety of local businesses actively participate in this partnership to improve the resources and care for local seniors. These include Meagan S. with Farmers Insurance – the Irvin Insurance Agency in Benbrook, Leslie C. with New York Life, and Jamie B. with Bright Star Home Care, to name a few. Each of these professionals plays a unique role in supporting the aging population in the Fort Worth/Benbrook area: Farmers Insurance offers guidance on Medicare insurance and benefits, New York Life provides access to Long-Term Care policies, and Bright Star Home Care delivers personalized, one-on-one care for seniors.

The result of this partnership has been more than just shared resources — it has created meaningful impact. Thanks to the collaboration with the Chamber, The Grandview has increased its footprint in the Benbrook area, building stronger brand awareness and broadening the services offered to residents. This allows The Grandview to address more needs beyond traditional assisted living, giving families peace of mind and a trusted support network.

“Our involvement with the Chamber helps keep us visible and ensures that when someone needs services, The Grandview is a name that comes to mind,” Morgan Wells, Executive Director of The Grandview shared. “These connections allow us to meet the needs of our residents by linking them to trusted local resources.”
