Roanoke Senior Community Welcomes New Executive Director

Assisted living and Memory Care community, Harvest of Roanoke, managed by Civitas Senior Living, is proud to welcome its new Executive Director, Ruth Cherop.

Ruth was previously Executive Director at another Civitas community in Weatherford. Now, she is excited to take the reins at the Roanoke community as a leader and continue to provide passionate care.

About Ruth

Known for her energy and hands-on style, Ruth has been a seasoned professional in the senior living industry since 2007 and has been a part of Civitas since 2019. She has her MBA in healthcare administration/management and is a certified director of Assisted Living (CDAL).

“Our amazing team of staff members holds a special place in my heart because of the love and commitment they show our residents,” shares Ruth from the Civitas website. “The feeling of family here comes from a strong passion for service that we all share. It is our commitment to our residents and their families to take away the worry and offer peace of mind by providing quality care. We are truly family-focused and we know our residents feel at home when we hear the laughter and joy that is shared throughout the community.”
