Andy Auteri
Executive Director
Andy joined The Bluffs of Flagstaff in October 2023, bringing over eight years of experience in senior living and health care. With degrees in Culinary Arts and Hotel/Restaurant Management, his background as a hotel general manager and food service director equips him to inspire and lead his team in providing exceptional care. Andy loves the mountain setting and enjoys outdoor activities such as hiking, biking, and skiing.

Deborah Sue Lizarraga
Assistant Executive Director
Deborah has been with The Bluffs of Flagstaff for two years, transitioning from receptionist to Assistant Executive Director. With over 30 years of customer service experience and a decade as an administrative assistant, Deborah addresses resident concerns and enhances their experience. She loves spending time fishing with her family and grandchildren.
Tamye Dain, LPN
Wellness Director
Tamye has been with The Bluffs of Flagstaff for one-and-a-half years and brings 22 years of nursing experience to her role. With a background in OB/GYN/Infertility, home health, and hospice care, Tamye transitioned from working with babies to geriatrics after moving to Munds Park. She enjoys watching residents develop new friendships and live fulfilling lives. In her free time, Tamye spends time with her ten grandchildren, goes camping, and enjoys NASCAR.
Angela Kaufmann
Community Relations Director
Angela boasts 16 years of experience in senior living and health care. With a Master’s in Business Administration, she has held roles like Business Development Liaison and Director of Admissions and Marketing. Angela is passionate about ensuring residents enjoy a fulfilling life and loves the cleanliness and teamwork within the community. She enjoys hiking, dog training, and skiing in her free time.
Kimberly Mattix
Community Relations Director
Kimberly brings over three years of health care experience. Previously an Outreach Program Specialist at North Country Healthcare, she excels in building partnerships within the Flagstaff community. Kimberly loves connecting with residents and advocating for them. In her free time, she enjoys playing pickleball and cooking.
Adam Gibson
Dining Room Manager
Adam has been with The Bluffs of Flagstaff for two years. He brings a unique background in environmental biology and extensive experience in restaurant management. He is passionate about providing excellent service and enjoys interacting with residents. Adam loves outdoor activities and spending time with his family outside of work.
Chef Tim Cunningham
Executive Chef
Chef Tim brings decades of culinary experience to The Bluffs of Flagstaff. Born and raised in San Diego, he discovered his passion for cooking early on, helping his mother cater for the San Diego Chargers’ ex-owner. Tim has held various roles, including Executive Chef at Northern Arizona University. He now shares his culinary expertise with the residents at The Bluffs of Flagstaff.
Connie Sutton
Assisted Living Activities Director
Connie has dedicated 25 years to senior living and health care. She excels at creating engaging activities and events at The Bluffs of Flagstaff. With medication administration and CPR certifications, Connie’s passion is making residents happy and inspired. She enjoys spending time with her children and values the strong team at The Bluffs of Flagstaff.
Shelby Davison
Independent Living Activities Director
Shelby has worked in senior living since the age of 19, beginning her career as a caregiver before becoming a CNA and Certified Medication Technician in Washington State. Over the years, she has gained experience as an administrative assistant, resident care coordinator, social services director, and salesperson. Shelby is passionate about creating a community where residents feel valued and connected. She appreciates that The Bluffs of Flagstaff puts residents first. Outside of work, Shelby spends time serving in her church, mentoring young adults, keeping up with her young son, and enjoying the outdoors as an avid hunter.
Kendra Wilson
Memory Care Coordinator
Kendra has been with The Bluffs of Flagstaff for one-and-a-half years and brings 20 years of experience as a caregiver. With certifications in CNA, caregiving, and dental assisting, she excels in running engaging activities and forming meaningful relationships with residents. Kendra loves camping, hiking, and spending time with her grandbaby.
Simon Davis
Maintenance Director
Simon oversees maintenance operations and ensures safety compliance in our Flagstaff senior living community. Simon holds an OSHA 30 certification and enjoys solving new problems and interacting with others. In his free time, he takes care of nine dogs, livestock, gardens, and other projects at his ranch.
Allie Correa
Select Rehabilitation Clinical Lead
Allie has been working at The Bluffs of Flagstaff for over a year, bringing more than three years of experience as an occupational therapist. Her background includes working in diverse clinical settings such as inpatient care, psychiatric facilities, and skilled nursing environments.
Allie has a longstanding passion for working with the geriatric population, with a particular interest in dementia care. She specializes in neurological rehabilitation and upper extremity therapy. Known for her compassionate approach, Allie is dedicated to helping others and takes pride in building meaningful relationships with the individuals she serves.
Outside of work, Allie enjoys running, hiking, playing volleyball, and spending time with her husband and their 160-pound Great Dane.
Elizabeth Vitti
Community Outreach Director
Elizabeth holds a Master’s degree in Political Science with a concentration in international affairs from Northern Arizona University, where she focused her studies on human rights, international regimes, and political theory. She is passionate about building meaningful relationships and creating engaging events that enrich both The Bluffs community and the greater Flagstaff area. Outside of work, Elizabeth enjoys fitness, exploring the outdoors, and traveling internationally.
