Double Creek | St. Patrick's Day
Residents at Double Creek Senior Living enjoy a festive St. Patrick’s Day celebration filled with fun activities and community spirit.

Life’s big moments are never forgotten at Double Creek Assisted Living and Memory Care – if there’s a chance to throw a big celebration, the community certainly will. And St. Patrick’s Day was no exception! Everyone came together for a festive day filled with laughter, games, and plenty of green.

The luck of the Irish was split between two different parties. Double Creek partnered with Embrace Hospice, who helped make the day extra special. From exciting rounds of cornhole to fun temporary tattoos, there was something for everyone to enjoy. And what’s a celebration without a treat? Residents and team members indulged in delicious Shamrock shakes, adding a sweet touch to the day’s festivities.

Family Night had a St. Patrick’s Day twist, making the evening even more memorable. Great food, fun games, and the company of loved ones made for a memorable gathering. With the addition of live music and photo opportunities with themed props, truly beautiful moments were created.

“These gatherings offer great chances for social engagement, spark cherished memories, and remind us all of the importance of togetherness,” said Diane Knutson, Executive Director. “Whether it’s a holiday or a special themed night, these parties – big or small – enrich the lives of our residents and make Double Creek feel like home.”
