The community recently honored a resident couple, Mr. and Mrs. Richard Z. on their 65th anniversary.
“They are quite a team and have had a lifetime of devotion and beautiful memories to celebrate,” shares Executive Director Mendi Ramsay. “Their faith is the center of their marriage and they are very thankful to God for the gift of their happy life together.”
Ledgestone surprised the happy couple with a wonderful celebration filled with family and friends. The team also reached out to their children that live out of state and set up a Zoom party so that they could also attend.
Richard and Connie were both excited and overwhelmed by their surprise celebration, and their family was also touched by the event.
“We are so glad we get to celebrate the residents at Ledgestone! Our goal is to help them truly enjoy life’s great moments,” says Mendi.
