When management company Civitas Senior Living held its annual conference in late 2025, The Bluffs of Flagstaff walked away with eight awards. Two team members earned recognition across five individual categories, and three community-wide titles rounded out the total. For comparison, Civitas manages more than 30 communities in Texas, Kentucky, Colorado, and Arizona.
Eight Awards, Two Team Members
Angela Kaufmann, Community Relations Director, earned the SalesMail Top User designation.
Elizabeth Vitti, Community Outreach Director, earned four individual honors:
- KPI Master
- Net Gain Champion
- Outreach Superstar
- Most Move-Ins Champion
The Bluffs of Flagstaff also claimed three community-wide titles:
- Civitas Community with the Most Move-Ins
- Civitas Community with the Most Net Gain
- Civitas KPI Master
Leading the Entire Civitas Portfolio in Net Gain
The Net Gain Champion designation recognized Vitti for achieving the highest net gain across the entire Civitas Senior Living portfolio over the past year. The matching community titles for move-ins, net gain, and KPI performance confirm that individual achievement carried through to team-wide output at the Flagstaff, AZ, senior living community.
