West Fork at Weatherford recently held a concert to raise money for Parkinson’s awareness with one of their residents as the top star who is a recording artist, Keith L. The special event was held at 2 p.m. on Monday, October 3, 2022 at 980 Hilltop Dr, Weatherford, TX 76086.
Keith, who was a Nashville musician, has been battling Parkinson’s since he was 52. The 70-year-old shares that he has enough memories to last his own lifetime and many more. He even had his own band, the Keith Longbotham Trio, and a program called the Keith Longbotham Show. His group performed in different venues to make countless memories, such as resorts, cruise ships, churches, and more. Keith played at the Grand Ole Opry three times, taking the stage with musicians Roy Acuff and Porter Wagoner.
It is an honor to have Mr. Keith as one of our residents at West Fork at Weatherford. To see him perform again was such a treat for his fellow residents, staff, friends and family!
