Residents have so much to enjoy in our city, like performances at ACL Live and The Continental Club, boTech Ridge Oaks is located at 400 E Yager Lane off Interstate 35 in North Austin. If you’re familiar with Dell Computer Corporation, Walnut Creek Metropolitan Park, or Tech Ridge Center, you’ve been in our neighborhood. We’re only 6 miles south of both Pflugerville and Wells Branch, and 9 miles south of Round Rock.
Austin is now home to over 1 million people, but older adults make up only about 11% of the population. Many seniors feel isolated in neighborhoods built around younger generations. At Tech Ridge Oaks, residents find an immediate peer community of people who share their experience of building Austin before it became famous.
