On any given day at The Bluffs of Flagstaff, you’ll find Community Outreach Director Kimberly Gutierrez hard at work. She helps create new partnerships, serves our diverse population, and is behind the many reels and videos that share our residents’ stories and experiences. And her contribution to the community — both at The Bluffs, as well as the greater Flagstaff area — is now being recognized.
The Greater Flagstaff Chamber honored Kimberly with the Shining Star Emerging Leaders Award at the 2025 ATHENA Award ceremony.
In addition to her daily work at The Bluffs, Kimberly serves as a Chamber Ambassador, supporting local businesses and creating meaningful connections. She also serves as a board member for the local Big Brothers Big Sisters organization.
For every role she’s involved in, Kimberly hopes to inspire young women and help grow accessibility and inclusivity for all. The AZ Daily Sun shares more on her impressive impact.
