Cibolo Senior Celebrated with Outing to Lost Maples

The Brooks of Cibolo coordinated a meaningful Miracle Moment outing for 88-year-old resident Weida, who has had a lifelong love of nature and the outdoors.

In recognition of her passion, she embarked on a special day trip to Lost Maples State Natural Area, where she enjoyed a stunning view of fall foliage in a natural setting that holds deep significance for her.

The Brooks of Cibolo | Weida B miracle moment — This day trip in late November connected Weida with the beauty of the outdoors, which has played an important role in her life.

“We believe in celebrating the passions and histories of our residents by bringing moments like this to life,” said Sandra LeBlanc, Senior Executive Director of The Brooks of Cibolo. “Weida’s love of nature has been a constant, and it’s a privilege to help her experience this landscape in all its seasonal beauty.”
