Civitas Senior Living Donates Move-In Fees to Help Texas Flood Recovery

In a show of support, Civitas Senior Living is donating a portion of every new community fee collected at select locations between now and August 31, 2025, to the American Red Cross to assist those affected by the recent flooding in the Texas Hill Country.

Civitas Senior Living communities across Texas are donating move-in fees to the Red Cross for Hill Country flood relief.

The 11 participating Civitas communities include:

“Even small actions can make a difference. Turning move-ins into flood relief felt like the right step,” said Matt Holder, Vice President of Marketing for Civitas Senior Living. “We’re glad to partner with the Red Cross to help Texans recover and rebuild in any way we can.”

The donations will be made by Civitas Senior Living to the American Red Cross. Community fee deposits are not tax-deductible.
