Executive Vice President & Controller

Lauren Lee serves as Executive Vice President and Controller at Civitas Senior Living, where she leads the organization’s Accounting and Administrative functions. As a strategic financial leader, she partners closely with Chief Financial Officer, Jason Dupont, to oversee treasury operations, financial reporting, tax planning, audits, internal controls, and other key financial initiatives that support the company’s continued growth.

 

Since joining Civitas in 2016, Lauren has played an integral role in building and scaling the accounting infrastructure to support the organization’s expansion. She has helped develop the accounting department, lead the implementation of major financial systems, establish scalable financial processes, and drive operational efficiencies that empower both community and corporate teams to better serve residents and their families. Her leadership is centered on building sustainable systems, fostering innovation, and delivering financial excellence across the organization.

 

Lauren earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and Management from Centenary College and a Master of Business Administration with a concentration in Global Business from the University of Dallas. She also holds the NIC Certified Senior Housing Investment Professional (CSHIP) Level I designation.

 

Outside of work, Lauren is an active community volunteer with the Junior League of Fort Worth, where she has chaired two of the organization’s signature fundraisers. She also enjoys challenging herself on the Peloton, spending time with her family, and making memories with her beloved dog, Saylor.
