This year, we are supporting our team in a new and important way. Starting October 1, 2026, Civitas will offer enhanced benefits for our team members. Employees will pay less for medical coverage and other products, and the plans themselves will be stronger. This is one of the biggest investments we have made in our employees, and we are very proud to do it.

- Team members enrolled in benefits coverage will see real savings in every paycheck. On average, they will save 15% per month based on current coverage choices. This benefit applies to team members in all our communities and at our corporate office.
- We have built stronger partnerships with top benefit providers. This gives our team access to larger provider networks and better services, making it easier and more reliable to use their coverage.
- We want choosing coverage to be simple and supportive. This year, team members can get one-on-one help with enrollment, either in person or by phone. Every employee will have someone to guide them through their options and help them choose what’s best for their family.
- We are expanding benefits for part-time employees, making a flexible career at Civitas even more rewarding. Whether someone is balancing family, school, or another part of life, they will find real support and valuable benefits here.
