Erica Siebert launched her professional journey in the durable medical equipment field, where she found deep fulfillment in building strong relationships with referral sources and helping seniors gain access to the support they needed. That early experience sparked her lifelong passion for making a meaningful impact in the lives of older adults.

With over 19 years of experience in the senior living industry, Erica began her career in business development and quickly rose through the ranks. She initially joined as the Senior Vice President of Sales and Marketing before being promoted to Chief Sales and Marketing Officer. Over the years, she has held regional and divisional leadership roles with a leading senior living provider, where she became known for her ability to drive occupancy and lead high-performing teams.

Erica is recognized for her strategic vision, innovative mindset, and creative approach to problem-solving. She has a talent for developing and executing sales and marketing strategies that consistently deliver results. With a natural curiosity and a strong commitment to understanding people, Erica cultivates a culture of collaboration, growth, and forward thinking wherever she goes.

Outside of work, Erica enjoys quality time with her husband, Ty, and their two sons, Cash and Colt and their fur babies Mikey and Rey. Whether they’re cheering on the Dallas Stars, spending time at the soccer field, or off on a fun family adventure, the Siebert family embraces life fully and loves making memories together.
